Protocolum

Protocolum is a decision and proof register for formal decisions. It is used when it is essential to later demonstrate what was officially decided, when it was decided, and by which authorized roles. Decisions are always made outside the system according to applicable statutes and processes. Protocolum records the decision afterward and permanently locks it as verifiable proof. The system does not affect voting, elections, or persuasion.

Applicable contexts

Protocolum is used in environments where formal decisions must be provable after the fact.

  • Public authorities and regulated governance, where accountability and auditability are required
  • Boards and large organizations, where decisions must be defensible to regulators, courts, or stakeholders
  • Elections and political processes, where decisions face heightened public scrutiny

In all cases, decisions are made outside the system according to applicable rules. Protocolum records the outcome and locks it as immutable evidence.
