About Protocolum

Protocolum is a decision and proof register for formal decisions. It is used when it is essential to later demonstrate what was decided, when it was decided, and by which authorized roles.

Decisions are always made outside the system according to applicable rules and processes. Protocolum records the decision afterward, applies an accountability chain, and permanently locks it as verifiable proof.

Core principles

Boundaries

Protocolum is not a collaboration tool, not a publishing system, and not a control or execution system. It does not influence decision content or perform actions.

Use cases

Protocolum can be used in multiple contexts where formal decisions require traceability and evidentiary value. Some uses require specific limitations.
